From the results above, we can conclude that the customer service is above average and can be comparable to other hospitals in terms of excellent customer service and equipped with better facilities.
The results we collected shows that most people were pleased with the customer service provided by the staff at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. This shows that the customer service provided by Tan Tock Seng Hospital met the standards of the patients and those who were visiting the patients who went to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Despite these satisfied reviews, there were some who felt that there should be improvements made to the customer service such as having more facilities, have more staff with more patience, and have more staff to help out. With the results of our survey, we found out that many people felt that the staff were helpful and that they listen to them most of the times.
