5. Conclusion

The conclusion that we have come to was that the customer service at Tan Tock Seng Hospital is good and up to the many patients standards. We can also conclude that customer service at Tan Tock Seng Hospital can be concluded by the staff to be more alert and well-trained to attend to the patients at the hospital. Lastly, we can conclude that the customer service at Tan Tock Seng Hospital is excellent but there is always a room of improvement their staff to improve.

Our group can also conclude that we also faced many difficulties during the collection of data. Problems involved being unable to conduct our surveys at Tan Tock Seng Hospital due to rules set out by the management of TTSH. But we managed to clear that stage of difficulty for we came up with other ideas such as by doing online surveys and asking other people who are not in the grounds of Tan Tock Seng Hospital who are able to give us reliable results. Another difficulty we faced was that our group had problems communicating, leading to being unable to get everyone to help out at the same time. This made us lose a lot of time during the collection of data. This also made meeting up difficult and also the during the editing of the various stages during the research. We can do better the next time by confirming the date and schedule for our group work in advance so it would not clash with other plans and it will also help as it is more efficient given that we have more time as well as the whole group collaborating, working as one. Concerning the project problems that we faced, the feasibility seemed to be there during the early stages of planning but there were some problems we faced as it was hard to collect results.
